Job Description
Account Supervisor/Recruiter onsite in Arlington, TX, responsible for staffing hospitality clients' open positions, managing both client and candidate experiences, and overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations; salary USD 48,000 - 55,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the HSS workforce solution.
- Develop recruiting plans and build networks to proactively fill current and upcoming openings.
- Engage with channel partners as needed.
- Post flyers and signs in the community to attract candidates.
- Support social media recruiting as required.
- Contact clients daily to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Visit client properties as required.
- Continue sourcing for new business within current properties.
- Track open and filled orders daily and document accordingly.
- Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates lacking experience.
- Onboard new hires through training and supervision.
- Ensure new hires complete background checks, drug screens, and other required paperwork prior to start.
- Conduct and manage candidate interviews.
- Address performance issues or employee relations concerns for assignment-based staff promptly.
- Complete daily activity reports and administrative work related to hiring and tracking hours and payroll.
- Process weekly payroll by required deadlines.
- Ensure all meetings and updates with clients and talent are recorded in the system as required.
- Lead safety meetings.
- Provide weekly training to the property team.
- Document safety training as required.
- Attend property morning meetings regularly.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely follow-up and clear communication with clients and employees.
- Complete workers' compensation incident forms as necessary.
- Partner with the Risk department to move claims to closure.
- Handle tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hotel Management, General Studies, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the staffing industry with on-site management.
- Experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic typing skills.
- Experience using internet job boards highly preferred.
- Approximately 50-75% travel around the local area.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
