Job Description
Senior Recruiter role at BPG USA, managing the full recruitment cycle with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, onsite in Berryville, VA 22611.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Leverage social media platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding
- Interview candidates using multiple reliable tools and methods to assess fit
- Organize employee orientation sessions and assist with employee relations matters
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and criteria
- Generate candidate pipelines through community outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Support talent acquisition initiatives by forecasting future hiring needs
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and practices
- Familiarity with Employee Relations and Employee Orientation processes
- Proficiency in HR software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of recruitment principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required; read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages for interactions with Spanish-speaking applicants, employees, and business partners
