Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter
Job Description
This role handles full lifecycle staffing, onboarding, and client/employee support in manufacturing and light industrial environments, with bilingual capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, interview, and hire candidates
- Fill positions in manufacturing, warehouse, production, clerical, and light industrial environments
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
- Build recruiting pipelines using multiple sourcing methods
- Attend hiring events and recruiting initiatives
- Complete new hire onboarding
- Process I-9s, E-Verify, background checks, and drug screens
- Conduct orientations
- Maintain accurate employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Support attendance management
- Resolve employee concerns
- Coach employees on workplace expectations
- Assist with retention initiatives
- Build positive relationships with associates
- Partner with client managers to understand staffing needs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Help ensure high fill rates and employee retention
- Process weekly payroll
- Maintain employee records in ATS and staffing software
- Update personnel files
- Complete administrative reporting
- Support daily office operations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
