Job Description

Arm is seeking a Campus Recruiter for an eight-month fixed-term contract based in Austin, Texas, operating on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for early-career roles and campus engagement across the United States, collaborating with multiple business groups and events teams to attract top talent. It emphasizes partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, ensure inclusive hiring standards, and deliver a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and graduate roles across multiple business groups.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment standards, and ensure consistent, inclusive hiring.
  • Collaborate with coordinators to deliver a smooth candidate experience from application to offer and onboarding.
  • Track pipeline progress, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and report hiring metrics and trends to team members.
  • Deliver timely and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure process clarity and engagement.
  • Support event logistics such as scheduling, ordering materials, shipping, and on-site coordination.
  • Track event participation, feedback, and outcomes to support data-driven evaluation of engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience of full lifecycle of early careers' recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for campus or recruiting events.

Salary

Salary range: $101,200–$136,900 per year. Arm values individuals and offers a total rewards package that goes beyond salary; details will be shared during the recruitment and selection process.
