Corporate Recruiter
Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operations, warehouse, and technical roles at MRCOOL, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive hiring experience aligned with MRCOOL's culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and customer support roles, from sourcing to closing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, team needs, and headcount plans.
- Develop candidate pipelines by sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, local partnerships, and career fairs.
- Craft accurate, engaging job descriptions and postings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and collect structured feedback from interview teams.
- Extend offers and manage negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Foster relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to support workforce pipelines, especially for warehouse and technical roles in Hickory, KY.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer-acceptance rate.
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus recruiting, and social media presence.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout hiring.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency; manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products experience a plus.
- Experience recruiting for both corporate/professional and hourly/warehouse roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-growing environment.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial company culture.
