Corporate Recruiter

BayMark Health Services is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in Lewisville, TX (onsite) to source, attract, and hire best-fit non-clinical talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Use recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and JobVite to source, attract, and hire top non-clinical talent
• Support company culture by identifying candidates who align with a dynamic work environment
• Collaborate with a team that provides support and includes growth opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house setting
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive, self-starting approach with a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
• Provide satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
• Pass a satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
