Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter at SECURITY INDUSTRY SPECIALISTS INC supports hiring across multiple clients and partners, working closely with hiring managers to plan staffing needs and ensure consistent, fair candidate assessment. This New York, NY onsite role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, pipeline building, and maintaining accurate applicant data while advancing initiatives to support diverse talent.

Role Overview

This recruiter delivers all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients across various locations within their respective regions. The position partners with hiring managers to anticipate and meet evolving organizational needs and to help place strong candidates into open roles. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for key stakeholder groups
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing initiatives and ensure candidates are evaluated against proper criteria
  • Maintain applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on recruiting diverse talent
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming openings
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar (or equivalent year of relevant experience)
  • Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience
  • Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce and UltiPro
  • Dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and the ability to deliver high level customer service
  • Domestic travel up to 20%
  • Flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon to Sun) and willingness to assist with overtime when needed

Compensation and Benefits

  • $80,000.00 salary (USD, yearly)
