Entry-level Recruiter

Creative Employment Solutions, LLC. is seeking an entry-level recruiter to help manage full-cycle hiring activities, from initial sourcing through onboarding. This onsite role in Tolleson, AZ supports talent attraction across multiple departments while building recruiting capability in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing through channels such as social media marketing for recruitment, job boards, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Perform initial screening and interviewing to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever.
• Coordinate external and internal recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and supporting communication with hiring managers.
• Contribute to high volume recruitment campaigns by ensuring candidates are sourced and engaged in a timely manner.
• Research talent pools and industry trends to identify potential candidates and strengthen sourcing strategies.
• Apply HR sourcing techniques and talent management software to facilitate candidate sourcing efforts.
• Support onboarding tasks, including employee orientation and employee evaluation procedures.
• Help maintain compliance with employment law and HR legal standards related to talent management.
• Build and sustain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to improve recruitment workflow efficiency.
• Support training and development initiatives related to recruitment best practices and HR systems.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage candidates and interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with talent management software, including iCIMS, Lever, or UltiPro.
• Knowledge of HR legal compliance, employment law, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ability to manage high volume recruitment projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies for attracting diverse talent pools.
• Skills in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of HR systems such as Paychex or UltiPro for employee data management.
• Ability to perform cold calling to potential candidates and conduct research to develop talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of technical recruiting practices for specialized roles across various industries.
• Ability to collaborate with a team while demonstrating initiative and professionalism.
