Job Description

This entry level Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on recruiting coordination and interview scheduling, supporting recruiters and hiring managers by managing interview logistics, candidate communications, travel planning, and maintaining HRIS records and onboarding documentation.

Position Overview

The role is a Talent Acquisition Partner designed for coordination and scheduling support. This is a full-time, hourly position based in Plano, Texas (onsite). A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a minimum of three years in a recruiting support or talent acquisition environment. Compensation ranges from USD 33 to 37 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate activities for designated business units.
  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews, engaging with executive and management-level candidates and stakeholders.
  • Arrange all travel logistics and interview agendas for candidates.
  • Draft and extend offer letters along with new hire documents to selected candidates.
  • Keep candidate records, job postings, and hiring information up to date in the HRIS.
  • Handle candidate interview expense reports.
  • Communicate employee referral information related to their respective candidates.
  • Provide follow-up new hire correspondence to candidates via phone and email.
  • Execute background checks and conduct full reviews, collecting supporting documentation as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Pull and generate reports to share with the Recruiting Manager on a regular basis.
  • Visually screen applicants to present a short list to the Recruiting Manager.
  • Assist on process improvement projects across the department and foster relationships with multiple HR counterparts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years of experience in a recruiting support environment.
  • Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews within a fast paced corporate setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, with Workday preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
  • Experience creating Excel reports and assessing resumes for job alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an articulate approach.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with executive stakeholders, candidates, and internal partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
