Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter role at Crowe in Livingston, NJ with remote options and a salary range of USD 65,000 to 128,500 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Under Team Lead guidance, collaborate with hiring leaders to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop deep knowledge of the candidate market for the specialized area and continuously evolve into a strategic talent advisor.
- Leverage market intelligence such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to brief Hiring Managers on trends and adjust approaches to target the right talent.
- Foster a positive candidate experience with timely feedback, updates, and engaging outreach.
- Build and maintain networks through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates, and current employees to cultivate referrals.
- Demonstrate strong sourcing proficiency using diverse methods and technology.
- Maintain accurate data to support real-time progress reporting and analytics.
- Offer ideas to improve recruiting processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in special projects or task forces as assigned.
- Model Crowe values and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of technical recruiting or relevant HR experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive in shifting gears due to market conditions
- Experience acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders to meet shared objectives
- Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and meet or exceed expectations
- Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience is a plus
