Healthcare Recruiter

Titan Medical Group is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to place travel nurses across the United States from our Omaha, Nebraska office. This on-site, high-velocity role combines proactive recruiting with a phone-based sales approach and offers uncapped earning potential within a structured career path. It’s a hands-on position that relies on building lasting professional relationships while supporting healthcare professionals nationwide.

Experience

Minimum experience: 1 year. Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place Travel Nurses across the U.S.
• Make 80-90 outbound calls daily via calls, texts, and email
• Interview candidates and match them to open jobs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Sales or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
• Solid work history
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
