Healthcare Recruiter, Multi-Company Talent Acquisition

The Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment across Praxis Health, Interpath Laboratory, and Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, with remote or on-site work and periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-provider roles across Praxis Health, Interpath Laboratory, and Adaugeo, spanning clinical support and lab positions (MLS/MLT, Histology, Cytology) through to operational and leadership roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver a thoroughly vetted slate of candidates
• Develop and sustain a multi-channel sourcing approach, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and job boards to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
• Provide candidates with a transparent, steady communication flow throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged
• Represent the organizations at conferences, job fairs, and internal meetings as required
• Keep ATS data accurate and well organized to support reporting and process improvements
• Adapt across roles and company needs as priorities change, filling gaps and assisting other recruiting areas on a lean, fast-moving team
• Assist provider recruiting when business needs dictate
• Utilize AI tools and ATS capabilities to improve efficiency across sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and reporting

Requirements

• At least three years of full-cycle recruitment experience with demonstrated success in building and executing sourcing strategies
• Healthcare recruiting experience of at least one year
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of engaging passive candidates and delivering presentations to groups
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities
• Able to work autonomously within a collaborative team, ready to pivot across roles, companies, and changing priorities
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and AI-enabled recruiting tools
• Knowledge of EEO guidelines and applicable employment laws
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is expanding, and we are adding a Healthcare Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition team. The role supports full-cycle recruitment across Praxis Health clinics, Interpath Laboratory, and Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, filling clinical support, lab, operational, and leadership roles, including physicians and advanced practice providers. You will partner with hiring managers across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, from Willamette Valley clinics to Inland Northwest labs, delivering a candidate experience that reflects our culture. Working on a lean team, you will need to adapt as priorities shift and flex across roles and companies to maintain coverage.

Physical Requirements

This position typically involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, with occasional pressure from deadlines and workload. Some travel is required, including driving or air travel to conferences, clinic sites, and team meetings.
