HR Recruiter/Generalist

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Recruiter/HR Generalist to support its Arlington, Texas manufacturing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this contract role combines full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles with day-to-day HR support across onboarding, engagement, training coordination, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Organize and support hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, schools, and workforce development partners.
• Coordinate onboarding and support new hire orientation activities.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist with training coordination, employee development initiatives, and workforce planning efforts.
• Maintain employee and recruiting records in HR systems.
• Track recruiting metrics and workforce trends, and create reports and dashboards to inform hiring and workforce planning decisions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across recruiting and the employee experience.
• Support special projects and site initiatives as the facility continues to grow.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work model and location

• Fully onsite role in Arlington, TX, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Preferred qualifications

• Manufacturing startup or greenfield facility experience.
• Experience with Workday, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• SHRM or PHR certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
