Human Resource Specialist

Cooper's Heating & Air is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting, HR processing, and training coordination. This onsite role in Bainbridge, GA concentrates on the full recruiting lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating training activities to ensure a smooth experience for internal teams and applicants. The position is full-time with a salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 per year.

Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage the recruiting process, track candidates, and support general HR operations. The role ensures a seamless experience for both internal staff and applicants while also handling HR processing and coordination of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Plan and participate in events and career fairs
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate data accuracy
• Coordinate with hiring managers and applicants to keep the process moving
• Provide updates, reports, and insights on recruiting activities
• Onboard new hires
• Offboard departing employees
• Oversee the training process, scheduling, and calendar management
• Coordinate with training vendors
• Serve as Career Coordinator / Tracker
• Leverage pre-built courses
• Identify and engage internal and external trainers
• Support the Trainual platform and training documentation
