As part of True North Recovery Inc, you join a mission-driven team focused on accessibility to addiction and mental health support. This onsite role centers on onboarding and pre-employment processes to help new hires integrate smoothly and sustain efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working knowledge of TNR services, policies, and procedures
• Learn and execute the processing of candidate and new hire UAs
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings for candidates
• Perform background checks and reference verifications
• Present the organization’s mission, structure and daily policies
• Coordinate start dates with candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure new hires are successful after 30, 60 and 90 days
• Meet metrics and targets associated with the role
• Provide technical support for information technology services as requested by management
• Maintain accurate and efficient data entry
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem solving
• Manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize work
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Manage online and physical records and keep them organized
• Complete tasks in a HIPAA compliant manner
• Field questions from candidates and staff
• Direct clients and staff to the appropriate individuals to meet needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in the field or a related field
• Proven administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Combination of education, experience, and licensure accepted
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory state and federal background checks
• Must be able to pass alcohol and drug screens
