Job Description

On-site Human Resources Administrator role in Bellport, NY, supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and maintain confidential files
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support leave of absence administration, including Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and PFL tracking and documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) required
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Experience with LOA administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office

Compensation

  • USD 50,000 - 60,000 per year
