Human Resources Assistant and Foundation Coordinator

Three Rivers Health is seeking a Human Resources Assistant and Foundation Coordinator (onsite in Basin, WY) to support recruiting and HR operations while coordinating foundation, donor, and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR functions including talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance evaluations, and benefits administration to support a positive workplace environment
• Support HR sourcing, workforce management, and strategic planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Manage HR systems (HRIS) including accurate data entry, reporting, and adherence to employment law compliance requirements
• Coordinate foundation activities by organizing fundraising events, managing donor relations, and supporting community outreach programs
• Handle personnel administration tasks related to contracts and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support training and development by assisting with scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation
• Support HR compliance efforts, including OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation, and other legal requirements affecting HR operations
• Coordinate foundation events, fundraising campaigns, donor recognition programs, and community outreach activities
• Maintain donor records and manage foundation databases
• Provide support with community outreach and networking efforts to help grow Foundation and marketing areas

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 1 to 3 years of administrative, human resources, nonprofit, or fundraising experience preferred
• Experience working with databases, HRIS systems, or donor management software is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Discretion with confidential information
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Experience and comfort with community outreach and networking to grow Foundation and marketing areas

Compensation and Work Location

• Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year
