Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
Primo Brands is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner based in Kent, WA to deliver hands-on HR guidance across multiple facilities. In this onsite role, you will partner with leaders and employees, support key HR programs, and help execute site-specific HR strategies and cultural initiatives.
This position supports locations across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with 50–60% travel, including reliable daily commute coverage among sites. You will also provide on-call support for critical issues affecting 24X7 operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to leaders and employees, with focus areas including employee advocacy and engagement, conflict resolution, HR fundamentals, process training, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment, talent acquisition and retention, and workplace investigations as appropriate.
- Execute site-specific HR strategies and drive cultural initiatives and transformation across the sites.
- Ensure employee relations matters are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved.
- Advise leaders and employees to support consistent application and integration of policies, including performance management and discipline procedures at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Lead key HR processes such as leadership training, staffing selection processes, onboarding, and employee development.
- Coach leaders on their development and on employee relations issues.
- Oversee performance management and talent review and succession planning programs.
- Facilitate HR-related programs including compensation, benefits, and employee land leader training programming.
- Support staffing initiatives, including development of a leadership bench and seasonal staffing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
- Serve as a member of the factory leadership team within each facility under your responsibility.
- Provide on-call support to 24X7 facilities for critical issues as needed.
Schedule, Location, and Travel
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours with schedule flexibility as needed.
- Onsite: Kent, WA.
- Travel: Approximately 50–60%, with daily site rotation expected.
- Coverage expectation: Periodic weekend coverage and after-hours support for critical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Knowledge and application of appropriate federal and state regulations, including experience with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business management software; SAP preferred.
- Strong English language skills to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Passion for being an employee advocate and enjoying employee-facing, employee success work.
- Ability to connect with all levels of the organization with a customer service focus.
- Strong influencing skills across functions, including confidence to address difficult messages with employees and leaders and advocate for employees.
- Ability to provide support after usual business hours, including calls for critical issues and periodic weekend coverage.

Valued Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or consumer products industry.
- Prior experience supporting benefits administration and annual enrollment processes.
- Process improvement and capability building knowledge.
- Proven ability to gain trust and credibility with the workforce and lead through organizational change.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and program administration skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive fact-based conclusions and actions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively and demonstrate a balance of courage and risk in decision-making.
Compensation
Base salary range: $138,403 - $168,954 annually.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
