Job Description

Based onsite in Awendaw, SC, the Human Resources Coordinator supports HR operations from onboarding through termination at Windwood Farm Home for Childre. The role encompasses recruitment, employee records management, background checks and fingerprinting coordination, drug screening, and administering compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR activities spanning onboarding through termination.
  • Recruit for staff positions.
  • Maintain personnel files and records.
  • Oversee all criminal background checks.
  • Coordinate employee physicals, drug screening, and fingerprinting.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Orient new staff to policies and procedures.
  • Serve as liaison between employees and management on policy, practice, and regulatory questions.
  • Build and maintain a working relationship with the payroll provider and HR consultant.
