Job Description

This full-time, onsite Human Resources Coordinator role supports HR operations for Renewal by Andersen in the Milwaukee area, based in Waukesha, WI. The position offers a robust benefits package, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to manage HR files, HRIS records, Paycom features, benefits processing, and coordination of HR events. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of HR experience and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Compensation

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation within the HRIS, SharePoint, and other applicable platforms
  • Learn, maintain, and manage Paycom features including Learning, Surveys, LOA, and related modules
  • Ensure benefit enrollments and terminations are processed within HRIS and vendor portals
  • Uphold the highest level of integrity and confidentiality of HR files, records, and communications
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors including health, disability, and retirement plans
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and state and federal agencies such as Unemployment, IRS, and Child Support
  • Support HR related special events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a human resources position
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Prior related office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and other computer applications as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
