Human Resources Coordinator

Yes Automotive is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Hamler, OH to support core HR operations across talent, employee experience, compliance, and workforce effectiveness. This onsite role helps coordinate programs and processes that strengthen organizational growth and day-to-day people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing support, and onboarding process management.
• Facilitate employee orientation and support training and development initiatives to improve workforce engagement and capability.
• Administer benefits programs, assist with payroll processing, and help ensure accurate HR and employee data.
• Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management activities, and succession planning efforts to support continuous growth.
• Oversee compliance with employment and labor law, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA standards, workers’ compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
• Support HR legal compliance by handling confidential information responsibly and ensuring alignment with HR department policies.
• Assist with organizational design, change management initiatives, and workforce management strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with employment and labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA requirements, and HR legal compliance standards.
• Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at the same time.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with employees across all levels and managing conflict resolution professionally.
• Experience with HR sourcing strategies, personnel administration, and performance management processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Location

Location: Hamler, OH (onsite)

Pay: USD 16 to 20 per hour
