Job Description

Located in Willoughby, Ohio, K&D Management, LLC is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support core HR functions with a primary focus on payroll administration. The role also covers recruitment, onboarding, and coordinating employee events, contributing to a collaborative HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing for Employees
  • Data Entry & Reporting for Year End Agencies
  • Assist in Events Coordination with Vice President of HR
  • Maintain Employee Records in Electronic & Physical Copy

Requirements

  • Proven Experience as HR Generalist
  • Payroll Processing Experience
  • Paychex Experience
  • Ability to Pre-Screen, Interview and Hire Candidates thoroughly
  • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams Meetings Experience
  • Professional Communication & People Skills
  • Knowledge of Employment & Labor Laws
  • Problem Solving & Resolution Skills
  • Team Driven
