Job Description

Detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring employment-law compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture across the network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, new-hire orientation, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and leave policies such as FMLA.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
  • Support change management efforts through organizational design, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
  • Manage HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro) for data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Address employee relations matters professionally and promote effective conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to affirmative action planning and develop recruiting strategies using ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and HR sourcing techniques.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with employees at all levels and external partners.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and demonstrate organizational design expertise.
  • Experience in benefits administration, training and development programs, and performance management processes.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
