Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for multiple roles across the facility.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and resume screening to interviews and hiring recommendations.
- Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Assess training needs and develop comprehensive programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on safety protocols, adolescent mental health best practices, and crisis intervention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding forms and training documentation, to ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on recruitment and training.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Compassion and understanding of the needs of adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
