Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role with the State of New Mexico CYFD in Albuquerque, NM (onsite) supports HR operations and recruitment activities, with an hourly salary range of USD 2,488 to 3,732.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment by creating job advertisements, certifying applicant lists, and forwarding them to Hiring Managers.
• Prepare background check requests, request file reviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Assist with creating files for new employees.
• Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete other personnel activities upon assignment by the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may substitute for the required education.
• Must possess a current and valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment background investigation is required and conditional pending results.
