Human Resources Generalist

Image Associates Inc. is a manufacturing company preparing for a new plant opening and is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support operations in the early stages. This onsite role in Dallas, TX (Grand Prairie, Texas) will center on recruitment and onboarding for skilled workers, while expanding across broader HR responsibilities as the plant ramps up.

The Human Resources Generalist will partner with internal teams to bring in the right talent, manage core people processes, and contribute to compliance initiatives affecting employment practices. You will also work with HR technology and reporting tools to track key workforce activity and support management analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including conducting interviews and administering testing for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Handle employee benefits and employee relations.
• Collaborate with HR software used to track employee statistics and workforce changes such as hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Support special projects focused on employment-related compliance with federal, state, and local government laws.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 to 3 years of HR experience, with preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills across recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and other core HR functions.
• Experience creating human resource reports for management analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, computer, and writing skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office, Teams, Excel, and related tools.
