Human Resources Generalist (HRG)

Avir Health Group is seeking a resident and family-focused Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to oversee the delivery of HR services, including policies and programs. This onsite role in Mansfield, TX is designed for someone who can help shape HR practices while supporting the development of a high-performing team and culture.

As the HRG, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR service provision and ensuring that HR policies and programs are consistently supported across the organization. The position also emphasizes strong coordination with people operations to maintain an effective, people-centered workplace.

Role Overview

• Manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Previous HR experience required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
