Human Resources Lead - Recruiter

IHG Mechanical is hiring a full-time Human Resources Lead & Recruiter to strengthen hiring and support core HR activities that shape employee experience. Based in Fort Worth, TX with an onsite schedule, this role combines recruiting leadership with hands-on HR management across benefits, onboarding, and policy execution.

The position centers on building a reliable hiring pipeline while sourcing industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide. You will partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, maintain HR operations that run smoothly day to day, and help ensure new hires move through onboarding with clarity and consistency.

Role focus

• Lead recruitment efforts and review recruitment activity to keep the hiring pipeline strong
• Recruit top-tier industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide
• Build lasting relationships with candidates
• Partner with department heads to understand exactly what they need in their next team member

Human resources responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of HR, including overseeing benefits and insurance
• Guide smooth onboarding experiences
• Keep HR policies current and in line with ongoing needs
• Keep HR operations running seamlessly so people can focus on what they do best

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager
• Proven experience in nationwide recruiting
• Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration/mechanical industry (preferred)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: USD 75,000–100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
