Job Description

Experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR practices and processes, develop policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HR strategies that align with BTI Solutions' business goals
  • Oversee performance management, training, and development initiatives
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to stay compliant with legal regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR matters
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure HR records and documentation are current and confidential
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Manage immigration matters, including visa processing and compliance
  • Prepare and deliver monthly HR updates for leadership review
  • Oversee surveys to gauge employee sentiment
  • Lead projects and events that foster an inclusive, welcoming, and professional culture
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding aligned with business needs
  • Lead and develop the HR team, including task assignment, mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional growth
  • Oversee the end-to-end visa and immigration process, coordinating with external legal counsel on sponsorships, renewals, and permanent residency applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
  • Familiarity with HR, labor laws, and onboarding compliance (eg I-9, E-Verify)
  • Ability to respond to internal and HQ requests for updates, reports, and operational insights

General Position

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes.
