Human Resources Manager

Bilingual Human Resources Manager for Neighbors Link Corp, overseeing HR strategy, benefits, talent acquisition, development, and compliance, reporting to the CFO in a hybrid, multi-site role with on-site work in Mount Kisco, Ossining, and Yonkers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align HR initiatives with the organization’s goals.
• Administer the employee survey, analyze results, and partner with leadership to design and implement responsive actions.
• Develop and manage internal career pathways and promotion processes, clarifying advancement opportunities across departments.
• Coordinate employee training, leadership development, and professional development programs, including vendor management, scheduling, communications, and program evaluation.
• Serve as the internal administrator for the TriNet PEO platform.
• Support enrollment in medical insurance, 401(k), and ancillary benefits as needed, with TriNet handling benefits administration.
• Partner with program managers and directors to craft job descriptions, post roles, and attract top talent.
• Design and lead onboarding experiences for all full-time and part-time staff.
• Conduct market-based compensation and benefits research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to support compensation planning and benefits reviews by senior leadership.
• Coach on disciplinary issues, manage grievances, oversee formal improvement plans, and assist managers with annual and ongoing performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with evolving New York, Maryland, California and federal labor laws, with TriNet providing compliance support.
• Maintain, update, and enforce the Neighbors Link Employee Handbook.

Requirements

• Bachelor\u2019s degree required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Familiarity with New York, Maryland and California employment law and wage/hour regulations.
• Proximity to Westchester County, NY to accommodate on-site requirements as needed.
