Job Description
Dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a growing dental practice in Fairlawn, OH, focusing on HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with employment and labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA requirements.
- Guide talent acquisition by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to support practice expansion.
- Oversee orientation, performance management, and employee evaluation processes to foster ongoing development.
- Administer benefits programs and payroll processes using ADP, and manage workers' compensation claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance staff skills, leadership, and overall effectiveness.
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Improve organizational design and process efficiency through data analysis and HRIS utilization.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, succession planning, change management, and program management to support long term growth.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, OSHA standards, and HR compliance practices.
- Proven experience supervising HR teams and managing complex human capital initiatives in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong negotiation skills for contract review, vendor management, and resolving employee disputes.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging staff at all levels and delivering effective HR topics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to budgeting, process improvement, and program management.
- Familiarity with HR metrics analysis for workforce planning, employee engagement surveys, and performance tracking.
