Job Description

Hands-on Human Resources Manager focused on payroll, benefits, employee relations, culture, and building scalable people operations to support a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment for both office and field roles, guiding the hiring process from posting to offers.
  • Review resumes, perform initial screenings, and coordinate interview schedules with management and interview teams.
  • Design and refine sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with our culture.
  • Support onboarding and new-hire orientation to set employees up for success from day one.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey.
  • Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative company culture.
  • Plan and organize company events, team activities, trainings, and employee recognition initiatives to boost morale and culture.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees and assist with performance review processes.
  • Collaborate with managers to facilitate feedback conversations and connect them to relevant resources and tools.
  • Identify and arrange professional development opportunities and training programs.
  • Help create clear career growth pathways to support long-term retention.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal compliance workflows using ADP Workforce.
  • Coordinate payroll administration, PTO tracking, and communication of HR policies.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations discussions when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of company policies, procedures, and internal workflows.
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism across internal communications and employee expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes as the company scales.
  • Support efforts to improve communication and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 2–4+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related role

Salary

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
