Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Hands-on Human Resources Manager focused on payroll, benefits, employee relations, culture, and building scalable people operations to support a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment for both office and field roles, guiding the hiring process from posting to offers.
- Review resumes, perform initial screenings, and coordinate interview schedules with management and interview teams.
- Design and refine sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with our culture.
- Support onboarding and new-hire orientation to set employees up for success from day one.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey.
- Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative company culture.
- Plan and organize company events, team activities, trainings, and employee recognition initiatives to boost morale and culture.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees and assist with performance review processes.
- Collaborate with managers to facilitate feedback conversations and connect them to relevant resources and tools.
- Identify and arrange professional development opportunities and training programs.
- Help create clear career growth pathways to support long-term retention.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal compliance workflows using ADP Workforce.
- Coordinate payroll administration, PTO tracking, and communication of HR policies.
- Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations discussions when needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of company policies, procedures, and internal workflows.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across internal communications and employee expectations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes as the company scales.
- Support efforts to improve communication and collaboration across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related role

Salary
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
