Job Description

Cintas seeks a Human Resources Manager II for on site duties in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all general human resources activities across the organization.
  • Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration; foster positive employee relations; ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws.
  • Prioritize safety by ensuring partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and by cultivating a location-wide culture of safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
