Terrace View Gardens is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee HR operations and support department leadership in staying aligned with the facility’s Core Values and Culture of Care. This onsite role in Cincinnati, OH requires HR experience and payroll processing experience for approximately 100+ employees.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Director will serve as the primary HR leader for the facility and partner with department leadership to reinforce the organization’s Core Values through everyday people practices. The position also includes payroll processing responsibilities supporting a workforce of approximately 100+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Human Resources Director.
• Lead each department in the facility using the facility’s Core Values as a guiding framework.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in HR.
• Payroll processing experience for approximately 100+ employees.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
