Job Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role with Hendricks House Group, focused on HR generalist duties, recruiting, employee investigations, onboarding, training, and terminations. The position is onsite in Millville, NJ, with weekly travel to the Galloway location and collaboration with the Executive Director on daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee investigations
- Lead recruiting efforts
- Manage terminations
- Design and deliver training programs
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Work closely with the Executive Director on day-to-day tasks
- Serve as a member of the leadership team
Requirements
- 5 years of HR generalist or higher experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Human resource generalist: 3 years (Required)
- Recruiting: 3 years (Required)
- Willing to travel every Tuesday to the Galloway location for job fairs, recruitment, staff retention projects, etc.
