Provider Recruiter

Integritas Emergency Physician Services is expanding its recruitment team and hiring a Provider Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) across a network of programs and facilities. This hybrid role is based in Carbondale, IL and supports a remote workflow with periodic in-person requirements, including outreach, interviews, and site visits.

In this position, you will build and execute recruitment plans aligned with clinical and operational needs, maintain candidate and pipeline data through CRM/ATS systems, and deliver weekly updates to support ongoing strategy and operational coordination.

What you’ll do

• Develop and drive recruitment strategies that align with clinical and operational goals.
• Partner with leadership, clinical, and business teams to support medical staffing needs.
• Create recruitment materials and email campaigns, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Conduct outreach, interviews, site visits, and ongoing relationship-building with provider candidates.
• Manage job postings, CRM/ATS systems, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate site visit scheduling, interviews, and onboarding support for providers.
• Submit weekly reports and participate in strategy, operations, and coaching meetings.
• Represent the organization at conferences and recruitment events.
• Stay current through training and webinars, and support special events as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned while maintaining professionalism throughout.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of full-cycle physician recruiting experience (emergency medicine preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a medical or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and sustained candidate engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, job boards, and social media platforms.
• A positive, persistent, and adaptable mindset.

Schedule and location

• Location: Remote with in-person requirements; hybrid remote in Carbondale, IL 62901.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility when reaching providers.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 annually depending on life experiences, work experiences, and education, with a bonus compensation incentive.
