Recruiter

Onsite Recruiting Coordinator role in Pennington, NJ with SYNERGY HomeCare.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver recruitment through job boards such as Indeed and other platforms to source new hires
• Develop and explore new recruiting avenues to attract high-quality caregivers
• Build personal relationships with prospective caregivers during the hiring process, collaborating with the existing caregiver team
• Complete essential steps of the recruitment and hiring process, including background screenings, reference checks, and document collection
• Maintain ongoing caregiver documentation in compliance with state regulations

Requirements

• Experience: knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions is preferred; two years in the home care field is preferred
• Education: high school diploma
• Skills: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, relationship-building, strong communication, and strong organizational abilities
• Characteristics: autonomous, self-motivated and willing to learn
