Experienced Caregiver Recruiter and Coordinator

Hallmark Homecare South Portland is building a steady flow of experienced caregivers to support clients in-home, and the role of Caregiver Recruiter & Coordinator is central to that effort. In this hybrid position based in Portland, OR, you will recruit, screen, and move qualified candidates through registration and onboarding, while keeping caregiver information accurate in the company’s systems.

You will work closely with the owners as the business expands, using a scheduling and records platform and a third-party technology platform to maintain profiles and help ensure caregivers are ready to match with client needs quickly.

What you’ll do

• Source caregiver candidates through job boards, community outreach, and referrals
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews to evaluate experience, reliability, and fit
• Guide caregivers through registration and verify required documents and credentials
• Enter and maintain caregiver profiles in a third-party technology platform
• Maintain a steady candidate pipeline so Hallmark can match caregivers with client needs quickly

What you bring

• Proven recruiting experience, including managing full-cycle and high-volume recruitment
• Hands-on background sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well in a hybrid environment

Experience and qualifications (preferred)

Compensation and support

• Hourly rate: USD 24 - 26
