The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority invites you to join as a Recruiter, onsite in Downers Grove, IL. This role offers a competitive $50,000-$55,000 per year and centers on building sourcing pipelines, coordinating career fairs, and actively managing job boards to support Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend community and college career fairs and events, keep organizational job boards current, and collaborate to develop strategic sourcing connections.
• Enhance the Talent Acquisition team's ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and present top talent for current and future searches.
• Attend career fairs and develop working partnerships with strategically selected colleges and professional groups.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition staff on recruitment and sourcing strategies for niche applicant pools.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and conducting qualification assessments.
• Maintain job board and partnership email updates.
• Build relationships with candidates and recruiting vendors to ensure a strong recruiting experience for all parties.
• Partner with colleagues to coordinate activities with other programs, departments, and external agencies and organizations.
• Facilitate and host seminars showcasing agency opportunities in-person and virtually.
• Design and develop innovative content to raise awareness of promotional opportunities.
