Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of company roles, departments, and hiring procedures.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned with job-specific requirements.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates.
• Ensure professional, timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Coach and influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide expert consultation to address recruiting challenges and support successful hiring outcomes.
• Administer new employee Welcome Receptions and support onboarding efforts.
• Represent the company at job fairs, interview days, and other recruiting events.
• Create, maintain, and use recruiting tools and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and industry-specific recruiting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with iCIMS, UKG, or similar HRIS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
