Job Description

Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of company roles, departments, and hiring procedures.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned with job-specific requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates.
- Ensure professional, timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.
- Coach and influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide expert consultation to address recruiting challenges and support successful hiring outcomes.
- Administer new employee Welcome Receptions and support onboarding efforts.
- Represent the company at job fairs, interview days, and other recruiting events.
- Create, maintain, and use recruiting tools and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and industry-specific recruiting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with iCIMS, UKG, or similar HRIS systems.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

- USD 80,300 - 108,700 per year
