Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator will support end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding activities to help AJ Weigand Inc build a diverse, skilled workforce. This onsite role in Bolivar, OH focuses on coordinating recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate employment documentation, and assisting with new-hire orientation and training follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for multiple employee groups, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background and qualification verification, pre-employment testing, and pre-hire documentation.
- Prepare and manage offer-related activities, including offer preparation, documentation, and payroll handoff.
- Draft, issue, and track employment offers to ensure offer details are accurate, properly approved, and communicated to candidates in a timely manner.
- Collect completed new-hire documents, review for completeness, and provide required employee information to payroll for setup and processing.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and perform follow-up, including preparing orientation materials, confirming attendance, and supporting completion of required forms.
- Assist with coordination of new-hire training.
- Work in coordination with operations, managers, compliance, payroll, and other stakeholders to support successful onboarding.
- Provide general administrative support related to recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll handoffs, benefits administration, reporting, and other HR processes as required.
- Support benefits administration by assisting with employee communication, document collection, tracking, and follow-up.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, or HR administration is considered an asset.
- Transportation experience is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential employee information accurately and professionally are required.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- High level of motivation and energy, with reliable and dependable performance.

Compensation
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (USD).
