Recruiter

Uline is hiring a Recruiter to support staffing for its new Connecticut facility through full cycle recruiting and candidate matching.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for a growing warehouse operation, covering entry-level through technical and high-level roles
• Source and recruit qualified candidates, including active and passive talent
• Utilize job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships to attract candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, role duties, and required qualifications and skills
• Develop a recruitment plan based on input from hiring leaders
• Conduct applicant interviews to assess fit against position requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training

Compensation

• USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
