Recruiter

Attain Finance is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team and help attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent. This hybrid role in Greenville, SC supports the full recruiting lifecycle, from proactive sourcing through extending offers, while keeping the candidate experience consistent and high-quality. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders to align talent needs with business objectives and ensure smooth execution across the process.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand current and future recruitment needs tied to business objectives.
• Develop and run proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies and campaigns to meet staffing levels now and ahead.
• Research, analyze, prepare, and present hiring and market data to managers and leaders.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and the client relationship management tool.
• Participate in broader talent initiatives that improve attraction, acquisition, and engagement strategies.
• Manage candidates through the interview process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Work with hiring managers and interview panels to keep alignment throughout recruitment.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• Recruitment experience in high-volume and professional recruiting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing priorities on tight deadlines.
• A strong desire to learn the business and translate business goals into recruitment goals.

Compensation and location

• Location: Greenville, SC (hybrid)
• Salary: USD 55,000 - 80,000 per year
• The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
