Recruiter Analyst

This Recruiter Analyst position supports departmental hiring execution while also contributing to talent detection and attraction efforts.

What you will do

You will help provide the human talent needed for each open position, ensuring the recruitment support activities assigned to the department are carried out correctly. The role includes strategic recruitment responsibilities with a focus on detecting and attracting talent to match the needs of Direct Work, Indirect Work, and salary positions.

• Ensure the correct execution of departmental recruitment support activities to provide adequate staffing support
• Support strategic recruitment for Direct Work, Indirect Work, and Salary positions
• Participate in talent detection and attraction activities aligned with open roles

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
• 4 years in a similar position (desirable)
• Advanced English (desirable)
• Deep knowledge of the strategic recruitment process for Direct Work, Indirect Work, and Salary positions
• Basic knowledge of Federal Labor Law
• Knowledge of System Three (payroll database)
• Knowledge in talent detection and attraction
• MS Office
• At least a medium level in Excel
