Recruiter I opportunity (limited hiring) for the Dallas Metro Area with TWD Financial, based in Plano, TX (onsite) and paid 100% commission.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial interviews
• Build and manage an active candidate pipeline
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates
• Learn and implement recruiting systems and processes
• Work toward recruiting and placement goals

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable conducting interviews and candidate outreach
• Open to additional training and development
• Dallas Metro Area residency required
• In-person interview required
• Background check required
• Completion of required training required

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• No hourly or guaranteed salary component
• Earnings are tied to recruiting performance and successful placements
• Pay range: $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 per month
