Recruiter, Retail Talent Acquisition

In this onsite role in Seattle, WA, you will help Starbucks find and connect exceptional retail leadership talent through end-to-end recruiting and candidate-first experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment as a talent advisor
• Source passive talent and build talent pipelines for key roles across the business
• Support recruitment strategy development by using data to generate insights and influence decisions
• Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences
• Build, grow, and leverage relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Execute innovative recruitment strategies
• Participate in recruitment-related projects
• Apply influence and expertise in partnership with stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment
• 3+ years human resources, staffing and recruitment, or related experience
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a “what’s possible” approach
• Approach that contributes to a culture of curiosity
