Job Description

Denovo Review is seeking a remote, full-time Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to build robust candidate pipelines and oversee end-to-end recruiting activities, including intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, candidate assessment, and managing the offer process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through both traditional channels and digital sourcing methods.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes, from intake through sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation of candidates.
  • Coordinate and guide the offer process to finalize hires effectively.

Requirements

  • Preferred: JD, paralegal, or bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking systems or other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Strong self-awareness and openness to feedback for ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Preferred degree: JD, paralegal, or bachelor's.
