Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a central role in identifying, screening, and coordinating the placement of new team members as Premier Care Dental Management continues to expand. This position is 100% in-person at the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office (Monday–Friday) and reports to the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Talent.
Role Overview
As part of the Talent team, you will support end-to-end recruiting for a growing organization that currently operates 165+ dental offices across multiple states in the Northeast. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, building and maintaining talent pipelines, assisting with new talent initiatives, and coordinating with candidates throughout the full application life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Post assigned requisitions, source candidates through multiple channels, and initiate outreach to qualified applicants
- Monitor and adjust recruiting workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate and detailed notes throughout each phase of the recruiting process
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, organize assessments, and manage employment offer steps including negotiations
- Support the initial stages of on-boarding for selected candidates
- Review current and anticipated hiring needs with Talent Directors and collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure job posts and updates remain accurate
- Assist with building a sustained pipeline of future leaders and support ongoing Talent development efforts
- Identify and maintain partnerships, including trade program and residency relationships, and participate in recruiting events as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience in a high volume or large organization
- Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) experience required; Greenhouse experience is included in this role
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience in healthcare or dental
- Experience with Microsoft applications

Compensation and Location
- Location: Bridgewater, NJ (onsite)
- Work schedule: Monday–Friday
- Salary range: USD 63,000 to 80,000 per year
