Job Description

ProService Hawaii offers a managed recruiting environment through TalentPro designed for Hawaii employers, pairing hands-on recruiting work with the chance to help shape how the service scales. In this hybrid role based in Honolulu, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple concurrent searches while contributing to the TalentPro playbook, including tools and templates that support consistent hiring outcomes.

You will coordinate end-to-end candidate and client experiences, from intake and job posting through screening, interview coordination, offer support, and payroll onboarding. The position is structured to keep stakeholders informed throughout the process with clear communication and timely updates.

What you’ll do

  • Run full-cycle recruiting across many concurrent requisitions, including client intake, job posting, phone screening, interview coordination, offer support, and payroll onboarding.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, success criteria, and realistic timelines, and advise on market conditions and compensation.
  • Develop working knowledge of each client and translate it into targeted application and phone screen questions to surface qualified candidates quickly.
  • Source and manage candidate pipelines using job boards, direct outreach, and a structured screening process, maintaining accurate ATS records.
  • Provide proactive updates to clients and candidates at every stage, including pipeline status, market feedback, and next steps.
  • Build, document, and refine TalentPro’s recruiting playbook, intake guide, screening framework, and reporting templates as the service grows.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple active searches at once while meeting commitments to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organization, customer focus, sound judgment, clear spoken communication, and adaptability.
  • Ability to stay organized while juggling open requisitions across different clients, industries, and islands simultaneously.
  • Confidence to follow up without being chased and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
