Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a Recruiting Manager for Finance & Accounting Permanent Placement in Dearborn, MI (onsite).
Responsibilities
- Build and expand a client base while pursuing new business opportunities
- Present our services to new and existing clients via video, phone, and in-person meetings to increase service utilization
- Source, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time roles for client organizations
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Maintain consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates
- Engage with industry trade associations to raise the company's presence in the local finance and accounting community
Requirements
- A business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus
- 2+ years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting
- A proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency
- Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business
