Robert Half is seeking a Recruiting Manager for Finance & Accounting Permanent Placement in Dearborn, MI (onsite).

Build and expand a client base while pursuing new business opportunities
Present our services to new and existing clients via video, phone, and in-person meetings to increase service utilization
Source, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time roles for client organizations
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Maintain consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates
Engage with industry trade associations to raise the company's presence in the local finance and accounting community

A business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus
2+ years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting
A proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency
Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business
